How council contracts work

Your civilization's council offers each active commander a few short goals every UTC day and one larger goal every week. Finish one, then claim its reward from the Contracts view in the right panel.

Daily contracts 3, new at 00:00 UTC
Weekly contracts 1, new on Monday at 00:00 UTC
Reroll One daily contract per UTC day for 25 home currency, paid to the system reserve
Daily reward limit 6 median worker-hours (about 574 reference value) per commander per UTC day
Hand-in rewards At most 80% of the goods' automatic buyback value

Who is offered what

You are offered only contracts you can complete now. Hand-ins of raw resources need a Mining Facility. Component contracts need a Manufacturing Plant at the recipe's level and its research. Mission contracts need a spacecraft of the right role. Building contracts need the building's research and a next level that finishes within the contract's time limit. The offer is the same every time you look during the period, and it differs between commanders and between days.

Completing a contract

Manufacture, mission and research contracts count only what finishes after the contract was offered. A hand-in consumes the goods from your current settlement when you deliver it. Building contracts ask for the next level of a building. Each contract pays once. Unfinished contracts expire when their period ends.

Council titles

Every completed contract adds reputation. It unlocks cosmetic titles and cannot be spent. Reputation earned this UTC week also increases your Galactic Senate vote weight when you vote.
