New listings and buy requests pay a 0.5% base listing fee instead of 1%, before charter discounts. Sale tax stays at 5%.
Economic effect
The base fee on new listings and buy requests falls from 1% to 0.5%, before any Trade Hub charter multiplier. Existing orders retain their paid fees. The 5% sale tax, automatic buyback prices, exchange spread and transfer fee are unchanged. Relief reduces a payment into the system reserve; it pays no commander.
