Treaty Types
Peace Treaty Players agree not to engage in combat against each other for a set period.
Trade Agreement Players agree to trade resources at preferential rates or without tariffs.
Non-Aggression Pact Similar to a peace treaty but usually involves a promise not to support enemies of the other party indirectly.
Defense Pact An agreement to provide military support if one of the parties is attacked.
Intelligence Sharing Agreement Parties agree to share intelligence about recipes discovered on the refinery.
Resource Conservation Pact Parties agree to limit the exploitation of certain resources to prevent depletion.
Espionage Treaty Factions agree not to conduct espionage activities against each other.
Joint Offensive Pact This pact binds two parties to support each other in conducting offensive operations (coordinate attacks) against a mutually agreed-upon target.

Each upgrade of the Galactic Embassy reduces both the costs of placing a bounty and the percentage of the treaty revoking fee.
